Hi 2CViking.

Who makes good sills in France.
As shipping from UK would be Expensive to the SW of France.

Nobody as I know. Cassis gets them from a supplier unknown to the public.
Ours are sold from Holland and most likely made in the east of Europe.
They are not easy to fit unless you have tried before. I have fitted many with very good result but a bit of a joggle. The spot welding is well done, metal are solid. The cheap sill without seat belt holes are a waste of time, very thin. Also seen welding spots letting go.

Remember you can always make your own!

I didn't have the time or money to have some sent to me in Oz, so i took a section cut to a sheet metal place and had them fold them up, i had to source the correct diameter steel tube for them to fold the edge around then i welded them up myself. To fit them i cut the front end to length then placed it in position then shaped and tacked the back one into place.

LPGO has also made his own from a very simple technique that i wish i had thought of!

This way you can make them as strong or as weak as you like;)
