Re: Transfer box.. A new version... Spent few hours making the rear bearing retainer but its a cockup as the 7mm bolt holes are not in the right plac- (-/+2mm) ( Attachment:

Re: Transfer box.. A new version... The old grey matter gets confused..... Took is all to pieces, CLEANED all the surfaces and bolts and threads. Re-assembled carefully.... All all fits and rotates :O Will look at the "athsetics" and radius the corners and edges ec.., Attachment:

Today drilled and tapped M16 x 1.5 and fitted a sump drain plug..
