Front Suspension.

Pivot point is the same radius and the coil spring pivot.

As the arm moves the strut (bottom mount point) radius stays the same, only the angle of the strut alters.
The struts are designed to lift a C5 @ 1460 Kg
Spheres come in a range of pressures, 32Bar to 63Bar so I can set how soft/hard the suspension is set, also LHM spheres fit, these can be re-gassed to any pressure you require.

With the spring setup as on the picture, the suspension works more progressive, as the radius gets larger when the wheel moves up, a standard 2cv suspension is also quite progressive because of this sort of setup, unless it's lowered to much.

@Lpgo.
You are half-correct, had to move my pivot point.
It now positioned on the down side of where the steering tie-rod crosses the arm.
Of course.....the best position is where the steering Tie-Rod directly crosses the arm!
Need to redo the other arm, but have no more laser cut brackets :(
