Re: frame that fits the rear
I think there are a number of variations on the theme; my ENAC has the bottom of the legs fitted into the flat boot floor that is part of that kit; but others I've seen are very different... Manufacturer? pics, we like pics... mike

I swapped for a towbar. He put it up for sale recently. There were no instructions on how to fit. Found my original advert viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4257&hilit=conversion+kit

Re: frame that fits the rear
I edited my above post after I re-read your original. There were no instructions on how to fit.

Re: frame that fits the rear
http://www.franzose.de/en/Citroen-2CV/2 ... /ANR17082/ The link shows the frame in place, I had the two mounting holes in my 2cv on the frame above the rear quarter lights, which is where the frame hings from, the other 4 fixing points are already there on he inside of the boot on the strengthening ribs,I think they take the snap in type of fixing with a captive nut. The frame that holds the tailgate up hinges from the rear shelf/hammock brackets, they have the holes in already. That support frame sits in clips fixed near the bottom of the rear screen.. I hope this helps,I have to admit I've never fitted one but worked it out from seeing them in place and the known fixing points in my car, either way I would suggest it would become more obvious how it's done when you offer it up,good luck

Re: frame that fits the rear
Hi ayjay I've fitted two in the past. It's basically what Banjo said. There is (or may be) a metal tab on the top of the rear window frame that needs to be removed ( or bent out of the way, I forget now). The way the roof hinges it doesn't go back into its slot. When I spoke to uncle Roy before buying mine from Club Cassis, he said he didn't sell them because it is possible for the back window to blow out. I find mine so useful I am still happy to live with that risk. Hope this helps. John.
