James,pull the dash off,the wires are there for the indicators and the main beam lights.They will be taped together,I think the indicator is green and brown? and the main beam is blue and brown? thats the plastic ends on the wires,not the wires themselves.They are all fucking green .They are there,just have a good look.

Thanks Ken for confirming my thoughts - interestingly, my 1979 genuine RHD aks400 from Jersey that I had in 1982, had both warning lights fitted....

He printed and showed me his 'notes' sheet whoch showed the main beam indicator note but not one for indicator light
So i geuss vosa havent relayed that info properly
Anyway since im nearly there i may as well do it, i just need to connect the live wire of the bulb and im done...

The only cars I've had/ been in with high beam indicators were my azu250 (originally French) and my dads acadiane(French also) none of my post 80s cars had them.

All done. Positive wire onto the third and spare terminal on the flasher unit
Must say im not too pleased as one failure was 'rear foglamp not working and tell tale' both of wich work fine (maybe hes too stupid to try it on low beam??
