I'd be interested to hear what fuel consumption is like with those jet changes.
102.5 and 87.5 or 90 both increased to 125 or more?

That's over 50% increase in fuel flow on the primary jet and about 100% on the secondary... :roll:

With bigger jets you can easely do 1 liter on 10 km, but theres no gain of power comming with that, maximum power is about 1 / 12,5* (1/14,7 is clean burning) so everything going under 1/12,5 burns only fuel (or not) but doesn't give you power. When fuel to air-ratio is way of, unburned petrol goes between your cilinder and piston and removing the oilfilm so in a long term this will destroy your engine!!!

*1 /12,5 means one unit of petrol to 12,5 units of air..... (measured in weight)

Not Rusty but can explain. Air which is a littlebit pressurised by the cooling fan is lead (by the turbopipe) into the engine, so now theres more air entering the engine.
More air + more petrol into the engine means more power......... should give you 2 or 3 hp maximum I guess.........

Thanks ipgo
so similar to standard dyane setup but with longer pipe for re sited air filter?
Ive been studying your 1.2 spark with interest and will definitely purchase one when you finally get all the details sorted.
I have supercharged 652 LNA engine and box with Gs brakes, love the idea of getting rid of the 2 sensors and replacing with one, in fact everything about your ignition sounds perfect for my needs.
Keep at it and well done!!!

I totaly agree, my ignition suits turbo and superhargers verywell.... retarding ignition under boost......... I (almost) finished the ignition, but it's lot of work to make it all tunable per laptop...

I always tell it takes 1 day to programm something but it takes a months to make it foolproof.. (foolproof means the matter what happens it must run troublefree)....

But hey... where are pictures of your engine, full report please, I like turbo and supercharger setups......, which supercharger do you use?????

Hi
The supercharger is a vintage Judson, I have replaced the Holley carb for a 1 1/4 inch SU.
No pics at the moment as it is stripped down ready for when Dyane is finished here is a link to pics

<scratches head>
I'm pretty damn certain we used a normal 2cv airbox and filter with the Wheezer 652 in our ol' 4x4...
