Chassis brace

Some Acads, such as this one, had the folding passenger seat (I wish mine had). The bar's there to enable you to carry long loads, going through the van into the front passenger side, without them sliding over onto the driver.

Here's an example of an ad that really says "I'm an ignorant chancer, and I think you are stupid": http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1984-CITROEN-2-CV6-SPECIAL-WHITE-/221183454497?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item337f8fad21

/\ this - it has been relisted at a lower price too - it was originally a BIN of 2k

Does any of this stuff actually sell on ebay? There's loads of cars that are seemingly on there for ever, or keep popping back up with ever more fanciful stories of why they are being sold.

Well said that man. Problem is, is that now every other ignorant chancer will think that their scrapper is worth £1300.
He could knock a grand off that and it might have a chance. Scrap cars used to be worth £50. Goodness how times have changed ....

There's a "make offer" option ... why doesn't everyone make him an offer of, say, £150? He'd soon realise that's more like its proper value.
