Ah yes, you haven't lived til you have pushed a car 3 miles in the rain.....  ....hence my decision to carry a Jerry can......but wait, where was the Jerry can when I ran out of petrol a mile from home......yes, you've guessed it.....it was at home in my shed.....

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? I am sad to say I have not driven my car for 3 days now  . Been busy with work and had to pick up family from Paris airport yesterday so took Euro box for the 700kms round trip as lots of luggage. Weekend tomorrow so rain or shine car is going out.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Not used it for about a week so I made the decision to use it to get to work today, unfortunately, I had no fuel so had to make for the nearest Total. I left the hood half open in the car-park at work, only for the girls to tell me it was raining two hours later (and this was on a day the weather centre said was going to be dry ). Back to using the C4 tomorrow

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? I walked past mine yesterday. Again. I *might* have a tinker with it on Wednesday as I have the day off for the "Former Mrs Spanners" to finally fetch all her stuff! I have a christmas tree to transport to Warwick so, the van would make sense really. Watch this space but, don't hold your breath.......

a towel on the front seat to wipe the condensation from the little wind-screen
i pooter along at about 30/40
