 Re: Conquering Visa oil surge Roughed out a wooded mock-up to make sure it will all fit. The finished product will have 1/2inch turned down edges around the opening for cam scissor gear, dipstick & oil pickup. Along the casing I will roll the edges down on all the flat surfaces and also secure it in the same places the original anti foam diffuser sat.  Harley

It was considered, if I used it it Nascar I would mount it on the left or if it was for drag racing I'd put it at the back but I couldn't see any advantage on a daily slapper, although it is a little odd that the pickup sits on top of a small hump, I assume to keep sludge/crap at bay? That's the plan Pete, extreme G-force! I am a bit concerned about oil draining back but all accounts state it only needs a 1/2 inch gap around the pickup. Harley
