It seems like it is the charging indicator.
The two ~ go to the dynamo, the + and - to 12V and L to the warning lamp
which should be lit when O.K..

i dont know abt 2cv,s but some of the old british alternators used to have separate control units, the alternators only gave out alternating current then there were separate control boxes dotted about on the bulkhead(vauxhall crestas for example)

I found this in a Dutch 2CV manual .
Quick translation, sorry for any faults

Transistor relays on cars with AC Ducellier 10778 dynamo equipped with AC connections: Ac-A11M4-A11M11 7542A 7542G-7543A dynamo.
This Relais serves the charging control lamp if the dynamo power.
