Re: Mr Higgs yellow spesh on telly
Hammond was a really nice bloke, what did you expect them to do? A full hour just on how everybody thinks 2cvs are a more suitable bond car than Aston Martins? They could have skipped the FYEO chase altogether as they did several other bond cars but they at least gave it its due and although there was an understandable element of derision there were positive comments too.The car only appeared in the film as comic relief, I thought the program was superb and whilst not a 'proper' episode of TopGear it was better than anything they've done for a while.

Re: Mr Higgs yellow spesh on telly
For something so simple, it's outwitted me already. I left the fuel tap turned on and all the petrol dribbled out of it over the weekend, and I still have no idea where any of the gears are. I also made a mess of mixing the two stroke (a new thing to me) and it lays down a (dragging it back on topic here) James Bond style smoke screen.

Re: Mr Higgs yellow spesh on telly
Mine was the first car behind hearse. Even had a funeral sign in the back for a few weeks. I love doing inappropriate things in my car. Anyway back on the subject, I didn't see it but I imagine it was actually pretty good. Decent car related programmes don't seem to exist anymore, and top gear is actually pretty half decent, specially this one if it was just hammond on his own. I really don't give a toss about what's said on it either really #getagrip or watch classic car rescue
