 Re: Early Ami
Anyway I am going to need to do some field Mechanics tomorrow., namely figuring out how to temporarily get the door to stay on. Im thinking of along the lines on making something out of a block of wood to sandwhich the inner and outer hinge panels together.
Anastasie (for that is her name Apt huh!), then needs to be carefully put onto a flatbed and brought home.

 Re: Early Ami
Put the door in the hole and use a couple of ratchet straps right around the car.

 Re: Early Ami
I'd have thought if any name was picked it would be Amilia. How appropriate that the driver's door is unhinged.

Anyway She is home after a buttock clenching moment with it being winched onto the Trailer. All stayed where it should though Pics to follow for all you rusty car lovers out there... Anastasie means resurection and I spose it goes with her Zombie (mobile deceased) current status. I may well have taken her for a little spin up the road earlier (on Private track Officer) She currently stops turns and does pretty much all she is supposed to do, and everything a car in that condition shouldn't Only thing missing in action is 4th Gear and im guessing thats why she was layed up originally in 2004
