Quick update,

I've done nothing.

But If I don't buy the 2cv I'm tempted by this week then I'll wang the cash towards the graffiti artist who's done a few sketches and seems to know what he's doing. He'll go a bit nuts with it hopefully. Still mean to go and get it out the shed and lower it again. I'm making a few odds and ends at work for it, and I'd really like to take it to Spa in October.

I'm bidding on a different one on eBay at the moment, but that one was brought to my attention. I'll probably cock up and end up buying both by accident. There's one up the road in a garden apparently for sale too...

Post Re: 1987 2CV Bamboo
So, this afternoon I went to get the Bamboo out, and suprise suprise, it broke down after a record breaking 2 metres. the wires on the back of the ignition barrel fell to bits, so after a bit of bodging, i got it started and drove it home. It seemed to be knocking really loudly the other night when I went to start it, but it wasn't so bad this afternoon, and although it sounds really tappety and rough, it bloody flies!

Only hit the ground once on the way home which was my own dumb fault for hitting a roundabout too hard. This means it needs to be lower...
