 So, registers day, some questions:

Anyone taking a welding machine? Anyone know about oil leaks? Anyone able to do headlamp wiring? Anyone (namely me) have current AA membership?

 Answers on a postcard.

Unsure if I'm going Friday PM or Saturday AM yet. What's anyone else from the West Mids planning???
Saturday. But probably around lunchtime. Any good Brian?

Not me. Yes. Maybe. You won't need it.

   |   Re: Register's Weekend 10-12th July 2009I'm tempted. Yet somehow frightened by Motorways.
Need to raid the flea market type stuff.

And probably spend way too much money in the ECAS tent.

   |   Re: Register's Weekend 10-12th July 2009Just posted this in the technical forum too on the CB thread. But Reg weekend will be the first time I go out an about with the CB, thought it would be a good test before CZ.
If anyone else is taking there can we keep an ear on 22?

   |   Re: Register's Weekend 10-12th July 2009Brian, go Friday afterwork.
Just imagine how much fun you'll be missing out on if you're still sat twiddling your thumbs, car all loaded with beer and canvas, just waiting for saturday morning.

Why wait - get in the car and get there!!

Miind you, one year I left Brum at 4ish on the friday, got within 200 yds of the A14 slip road off the M6, and then waited for 6.5 hours in stationary traffic due to a mahhoooosive RTA! It was saturday morning by the time I got there - and was anybody sober? No!

   |   Re: Register's Weekend 10-12th July 2009IMPORTANT!Is there going to be any kind of home brew mystery drink challenge type of thing again this yr? bring your own special brew stuff, pass it round and get battered... would be ideal for meeting noobies and make people feel more relaxed about how "normal" we all are! I'm planning and I think Will might be also... go on! have some fun!!! _________________
