It's a hard life. We are now week 3 into our adventure across Europe. Originally the destination was Ukraine but we are now heading for Spain. The weather was going to be shit so we decided to go somewhere a little warmer. They also sound quite similar. Turns out the weather is shit in the south of France currently also.

I there not much else to say really car seems to be working ok so far touch wood. Only issue so far is HT lead isn't playing ball when very wet weather so that needs changing and I have a tyre sidewall crumble.

Have some pictures its easier than writing.

I haven't updated this In a while, mainly because nothing much has happened. We have been back in the UK now for around 3 months and I haven't really moved the car since.

We are back on the road again this Monday heading for Harry and Frankie's wedding. In 3 weeks time We are getting on the Harwich to Holland ferry. No plans yet. I'm in two minds wether to hang around until the Van meeting at the end of September. We have to be in Poland for mid October and don't really want to rush through Germany and Poland so may miss the meeting.

I don't know what else to say really. If anyone knows of any meetings in Holland, Germany, Poland, Croatia then send me over some dates and we may pop in. :)

I am kind of dreading Holland. You won't believe how many Dutch take pictures and talk to me about the van.. Explaining to me about what it means. They think i'm an idiot I think.

Have some pictures.

We went to Mont St. Michel.... The weather was shit.... People were dressed up as bags.

Here is a meeting, near the German border:

I have not been there myself, but you could ask Tom Duckpower about it.

It is no wonder Dutch people think you are an idiot . Who wants to drive on old ANWB-van through Holland , without getting attention from people who lived all there life with ANWB?
You ask for it!

Cheers for the link but i'm not going out until September 13th.

I don't mind people talking in Holland but I was in Spain. It fried there minds when I told them it was a Spanish van with dutch ANWB signage. I have given up now and started telling people its original.

Same with the pick-up.. Most people think it a old army vehicle.. And if they think it is, who am I to deny that ;)
