 Re: insurance discount
Join 2cvGB at Registers day and I think you get free admission to the event. Plus you get the amazing, ful colour, monthly magazine thats simply oooozing with content created by a legendary and handsome editor (thats me...)

 Re: insurance discount
Surely by paying your subs you are supporting the club. I can appreciate that there is an active group of people in the club that do a huge amount to promote and provide ongoing support to the Citroen a series, but I suspect that there is an even bigger group of people that simply pay their yearly subs and read the magazine.

 Re: insurance discount
I probably didn't word it right
What I was saying, is I don't think it's fair to join the club purely for the discount
Anyway doesn't really matter lol

 Re: insurance discount
I agree with James. If you don't wanna be part of the club it's probably not worth joining for the £2.50 you'd save by being part of the club. Go buy 1.9 litres of fuel instead.

 Re: insurance discount
On the other hand, what have you got to lose? As far as I can see, you can either pay ~£160 straight to Footman James, or you can pay ~£157, and get free membership of 2CVGB. You *might* find that you enjoy being a member of the club more than you might think, and at the very least you get 12 copies of 2CVGB News to keep in the downstairs loo!

 Re: insurance discount
I wasn't saying it should be condemned. Just Im not a particular fan of the 'let's join a club just for the discount' clan
