The design is more work than the the bolt thru, but I reckon its far easier to line up when refitting the engine.

@Joolz
Bush is from Cit - C15 & Visa or Pug - 205 ......Track control arm, inner bush and others i'm sure
Dims 28mm OD - Length - 35mm - Bolt 10mm.

Ah okay. I went with the biggest diameter I could find in the hope it would transmit the least vibration, I just wanted to check you hadn't found anything better.

Nice little "how to" here about engine/gearbox mounts, although, like has been mentioned, they do look quite rigid.

Rear Brakes.
Two lines the rear calipers. Can do fiddle brakes or (ambitious) traction control

@pony
Part that bolts to engine would be tidier but ££.
Now ....3 parts + 2 nuts + 2 bolts + bush
CNC ...1 part + 2 studs + 2 nuts + bush

Fitted the new mounts to the engine, MORE vibration and noise, not ideal for a road car.

Re mounting and vibration

Are u sure no metal parts are touching

eg metal to metal as this would cause vibration

we have used these as engine restraints before with no agro

also no vibration on propshaft centre mount when i use them!!??

just got final drawing for me new chassis jig
so will be of to laser cutters on monday to get jig plate cut

Then Finally the New Chassis jig

only took 2 years to build

But it should be plus or minus 1 mm on 3800 mm long

I can live with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will post pictures when its all Ready!

meanwhile Ant n me sand blasted a bodyshell in the yard

6 hours 100 KG fine sand and a 5 Quid blast gun !!!!!

i reckon good for us Bulkan boys!

Can it be that the mounts are oversized for a small 2cv engine and therefor not
flexible enough?????? (no deflection under the little weight and movement of a 2cv engine)

Try original mounts with nut and bolt....... as said before
