Would fronts be easier if you made two moulds, one for the inner and one for the outer, then rivet them together?

Rivet them together? Has sam hijacked your account?! No need for rivets at all...

I could make two moulds and make them in two sections i geuss
And then glass the two together afterwards leaving it to the eye as if there made as one
I could join them where they are raised just inside the A panels, and leading up to there in the inside
I love how you can do that soveasily with fibreglass,

Tbh i need a clean and straight front wing to look at, To fully learn and understand how it is and can be constructed
What about a carbon fibre bonnet?? Hinge may be impossible though

Might phone squeeze box to see how the hinge on his fiberglass bonnet works

These fibreglass panels can be done in any Scott Bader piigment colour with in reason this will make it easier when you paint your cars exact colour on, as paintinig black over white etc can be difficult

I've not really had much interest in this. I'm going to make a rear wing anyway. As a show piece. And I may make one out of carbon too as it'd look cool.
But if no one is interested I'll probably burn the mould we it'll be no use to me.

4 pages of no interest?
I'd be interested if you could produce doors! and maybe indicator-less from wings!

Ok. I wish I hadn't skipped that green door. That would of been perfect...

Not sure about making the hinge though

Bob brotherhood said you can buy the hinge by the metre somewhere. Could rivet it on

Is it front or back doors Louis?

Carbon of glass?

I'm going to try a set in glass first. If I can get a set of doors to copy. But before doing this I will try panels. Let's not run before I can waddle

Take the hinge off a scrap door. I think the bigger problem will be strength around the door catch and attaching them to the door.

Russ strengthing is easy. As more fibreglass. It's really simple. It's the detail that's very difficult.

Things like getting the window shape right so the glass fits etc

Not impossible. Once I've got the hang of it I'll give it a shot. Actually sitting back feeling confident about it. A dremel is the key tool with this.

Not sure about door rubber seal
Don't think original citroen design will stay. I think some rubber trim from woollies will work though

Need to do some drawing.

Door will be made in two pieces. Inside and outside. Then bonded together

When I start this Russ your welcome to come and watch how it's done
