 Re: acadiane front seats
Tarquin, a folding passenger seat was an option for Acadianes from 1979 onwards. Might be worth considering if there's limited space for seats from another vehicle.

 Re: acadiane front seats
Would it be possible to drop rear facing seats in the back? They would be easier to access through the rear doors and child would be a little closer to those up front.

And probably throwing up all the while. I know I would be if I had to face backwards in a car (especially with Tarquin driving!).

 Re: acadiane front seats
Tim Favell has got ZX front seats in his 2cv, so I see no reason why they wouldn't fit in an acad.

 Re: acadiane front seats
Do Acads have the 20cm rise in level between cab floor and van bed floor? That's the issue I had with Hetty - I wanted Mazda coupe seats but to get them (or many other) seats in a van you have to cut the van body around.

 Re: acadiane front seats
Sam - Acads have a longer cab area than 2cv vans though so you can fit other seats in a lot easier.

 Re: acadiane front seats
Correct, I have ZX 5 dr front seats in my D0lly. Doubt they will fit in an AKS400 but should have alot of space in an Acadiane. Think Pug 205/309 seats were tilt and slide too.
Alot of cheap options if you want, just remember they will be low unless you make up frames etc to normal height.
