Re: IN-CAR BREATHALYSERS BECOME COMPULSORY IN FRANCE Its not gone through the législatif yet and from all accounts is unlikely to. Lots of companies make money out of scaring people to buy them in advance just like they told people you needed a high vis jacket for all people in your car.
