AFAIK You can only get the complete panel and only in LHD, although it's a piece of cake to convert it to RHD. It's not much more expensive than the toe board set so it wouldn't be worth doing anything else than buying the whole thing and using that.

cheap as chips panel from the seam down as Rus says the LHD is cheaper and quite easy to convert see "panelbeaterpeters rolling restoration" thread for a how to

its easier if the cars off the chassis for the full panel - the inner and outer combo are easier if you want to keep it on the chassis - but youve burnt that bridge by welding it

I don't know if I've been doing it wrong, but I've always cut the existing bulkhead slightly below the join with the outer toeboard and welded the new outer toeboard to the outside and the inner toeboard to the inside, sandwiching the upper part of the lower bulkhead between the new parts. I hate doing those toeboard repairs though, I prefer changing the whole panel. It always looks better in the end.

Cheers chaps. Bodys off the chassis and currently on its roof in the garage so nice and easy to get to. Come pay day will look at getting the lhd panel :-)

as far as I know, Furniss Engineeing were the first to produce inner and outer lower bulkhead repair panels, back in 1994.
At least nobody else was selling them then, although more than a few folk seemed to come up with the idea after they'd bought some from me...
As you've mentioned, the intention always was that the outer repair panel should be welded to the outside of the original bulkhead and vice versa.

I also don't understand why people are sandwiching new floors between the inner and outer bulkhead repair panels, instead of fitting them on top of the 'ledge' formed by the toeboard, as Citroen did.
Maybe they can't be bothered to check things before they chop them apart, or is it yet another shortcut?

I've not seen that one before. I'd prefer the repair panels if they came with the flutes put into them. Although I can never be arsed to repair anything properly anymore, I don't know what justification I have for the above critisism.
