Re: The O/T thread! If you've got ftp access, I'd think the quickest way to do it is to save your new image as site_logo.gif and then overwrite the image at:
./styles/serenitydarkblue/imageset/site_logo.gif
with that new image (ie, upload the new image file to that location)
