Re: The O/T thread! Sad to hear that Saab filed for bankruptcy today. GM let it go to the wall rather than allow its patents to fall into the hands of Chinese car makers. Owned a couple of old Saabs in the past (a 99 and a 96) which I loved, especially in the winter with their superb heaters. Here's a couple of shots of the original Saab, the 92001 or Ursaab, released in 1947. Attachment:
