Well reffering to the video on youtube called 'how not to deal with bailiffs'
I learnt from that, for a warrent of entrance to a property to be legal, it needs to be signed. Simple?
So the bailiff hands you this 'signed' piece of paper, a 'warrent' which he claims to be a legal 'contract'
As nick in the video on youtube correctly points out, a contract is an agreement between two parties, and a contract is always signed by both parties
Now that sides out the way, moving onto the signature now even if you have signed it, with a pen, if you have, doesnt mean its a legal contract
For a contract to be legal as i understand it (happy to be corrected) it has to be signed with a pen (a wet signature) by both parties
Now, how many letters do you get through which are mail merged letters wi th a PRINTED signature? 99.9% proberly
Now the point here is, nick, after telling the bailifs to f off in the first video by not giving consent for the bailifs to enter (you MUST watch this video) they then come back with a warrent for entrance to the property
Contained in this warrent is that if he has not made an attempt to contact the agency about a re payment scheme, then they have lawful entrance, so he picks a hole, stating he has, how are they to know if he has or hasnt sent a letter? There not!
So moving on back to the signature, the warrent, wasnt signed by a person, but it was signed by a printer
The signature had been printed with ink from a printer via a computer onto this warrent, making it an invalid document,
For it to be valid, it has to be signed by the issuer, with a pen in wet ink, and a name to follow (the signee)
If the signee's name does not appear, who has signed it? Who do you respond to? Was it a cat or a dog who signed it?
Get the point?
So, the same friend got a threat of court 5 years ago 'cos he was struggling to pay the council tax bill,
Ive seen the piece of paper myself btw, and the signature is printed via printer and no name to follow
He also had a strict time to be in court as many hearings regarding council tax that day
Why, because the council apparently as memtioned before rent the court and fill it with there own employees, so they want to cram as many wise to the system people in as they can
Now, ive spoken to a few people who have dismissed all thr above ive written, but please research before making a neggative judgement, all the relevant information about how we are being fucked over is out there, people need to open there eyes and see the mess we are in and the redicoulous sitations we are bullied into to
I have nothing against paying taxes, when i fall ill, i get treatment on the NHS,'etc, but i dis agree with being lied and dictated too!

Thats because people who have probably get paid vast summes to be sworn to secracy so we become non the wiser

Yeah that's great and all, but if you want something, pay for it. If bailiffs are knocking at your door it's because you haven't paid for something you should have, and that's how the system works.

I have no respect for people who haven't paid for things they've got, had or taken.

Russell im not suggesting its correct not to pay for stuff, in the case of nick its over council tax,
Im not also suggesting i would ever not pay for something, thats stealing, which comes under criminal law, which all of the above doesnt apply to, the above is civil law
If you commit a criminal crime, you go down for it no matter

So this bloke doesn't owe any council tax but they still want money off him?

The only way the council will send round a bailiff is if he's not paid tax he owes.
