A mate is awaiting a court threat from local council,
Hes done extensive research into the system etc,
The council when they take you to court, hire the court room, and fill it with there staff so its rigged
You ask to see there oath, and they wont show it, case is brushed under the carpet
Now not every council do it but a lot do apparently,
Another tack, is that, the 'person' stated on youe birth certificate, is a fictional character, that your representing. As you did not consent at birth to be so and so, you are merely a represemtitive of the birth certificate a fictional character
Again another tack, apparently if you go into a court room, the judge only has durastriction once you obey a command hence the all rise in court bit.. Clever eh?
So in a court room, the judgemhas no durastriction over you, until you obey a command whatever it may be an example, a guy was in court, chewing a tooth pick, doingmthe dis obeying bit, judge asked him to remove tooth pick, he said no (removed tooth pick said no ut it back in) and because he did he had durastricition over the guy. The hole point is, 'god' put us in this land as all equal, so why should one man rule over another, we were all placed equal, so why should one rule over another apparently saying that whilst not in durastiction is a winner

Now all of that is what ive been advised by my friend who has done a lot of research into, so i cant confirm all of it,

He's referring to Freeman on the land principles. And God is that bloke that puts you in hell to burn in agony for eternity if you don't do as he says - but he loves you really.

Over the years I've met many people who aren't lawyers but reckon they have found "loopholes" in the legal system. However I've yet to meet one who has actually used the loophole to buck the sytem. Invariably that will be down to one of their mates', mate's, mate.

Don't let it stop you from posting more on the subject though - it's very interesting and I for one am enjoying it
