Still expensive at £4k, but wasn't this sold by them for £7k+ not so long ago?

Expect that cars less than 3000 euro are crap with only two-four years to live

Interesting. Why do their wipers always seem to park so neatly at the bottom of the screen :?:

A combination of adjustment in the wiper motor and cranked arms? Mine would park like that if i had some cranked wiper arms.

Because they were designed for a LHD setup and Citroen couldn't be bothered to do a proper RHD version?
Instead, they fitted the crank to the motor at 180* to how it was mounted on a LHD setup, so that the wiper arms parked 'upright'.

They'd have been better leaving them as they were, but minus the cranked arms, in my opinion.

Edit. That's how any 2CVs I work on end up, especially since the switch to park on the left can be accomplished through the vent flap opening...

Post Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
So let me get this straight, on a LHD car the wipers park in front of the driver. Then when Citroen designed the RHD version they moved the crank arm so that they still park in front of the driver, but thanks to the straight arms, obstruct the view even more! What kind of perverse french logic is that? I'd always assumed they were badly positioned because they hadn't bothered to change them from the LHD set up.

On account of preferring to see the road ahead when I look through the windscreen, my wipers park on the left with cranked arms, exactly as the would have been before Citroen saw fit to change them.
