If I remember rightly they do two qualities.
The cheaper ones came without seat belt mountings so I bought the more expensive ones.
They fitted as well as any other non-genuine panel ie they took a bit of persuasion here and there but basically they were fine.

Post Re: Replacement sills
old car has no seatbelt mounts on the sills
newer has them fitted
its a pain trying to get decent mounts fitted to non mount sills and, unless your good, would you trust them in a bump?

as for the quality of City supplied ones i cant say as i never use them
Various manufactured sills had various issues - too long, too narrow, not enough rocker etc and all needed a degree of skill/experience to fit properly.
A Red coated set from the other main supplier were by far the best ive used.

Check the wing mount stud, I've had several sills where it's been positioned way off.

Buy from ECAS. Roy only stocks and sells what he feels is best quality, not best price.

The same but stay well clear of them (depending on where produced) They are badly made and very thin. Use modern sills and ignore the belt holes.

I'm sure it's been rectified in the years since but, the last (and only) time I had a pair of sills from "Up North", the seat belt mounts had M10 threads in and not the correct imperial thread for seatbelt bolts rendering them absolutely bloody useless!

I ended up cutting them open and welding the correct mounts into them as I'd not bothered to check them before welding them in!
