Re: 2011 24hr Snetterton Been busy today tanking around in the Ami to get some heat cycles through the new tyres for Snet. Well, it's as good an excuse as any to hoon about in the Ami-I even got away with parking it on the carpark at work today!  New wheels are sooooo shiny, I was almost scared to drive it!  Oh, I keep forgetting to post this picture

2 weeks ago we had two drivers pull out and so it all looked shaky
as team manager i told some of the crew that were lined up for us that there may not be a team and they may want to reconsider what they were doing with their holiday entitlement.
Now we have at the last minute got 2 seats filled and so Im faced with a full team of drivers a half assembled car and no pit crew apart from Me an Ron.
Anyone that had been looking to crew there may be spaces with team dogfish with possibility of supporting Coyle in the next garage
PM if your interested its fuel and fire extinguisher duty as well as pit wall duty
were pretty relaxed about stuff so basically you'll be an extra set of hands.
the only thing I insist on is that you are around from 2am till 8am as its a pet hate of mine falling over eager helpers on the first leg only to find that Im the sole pit crew at 4am when all of a sudden being involved in Motor racing has lost some of its shine.
Catering is going to be crap there's no motor home or caravan as all that was dispensed with .....Tyrells do crisps and nuts.
