Re: Grrrrrr, bugger, bugger n/s plug blew out on a friends newly purchased 2cv last weekend - he was on his way to me on the M3. He managed to get it back in to get the next couple of miles but blew again. Nothing would get it to stay in though and he was flatbedded to the garage for a helicoil. £42 later all is well.

you may be able to get the head welded and re tapped - but a 2nd hand goodun probably cheaper
