Might be interested, as I've already had to replace one side.

The company that were going to do them can't give me a delivery date as they are now using all their cnc machines on a long production job and they don't want to have go through the process of resetting a machine just to squeeze my job in.

I have spoken to a fellow hot rodder who has a CNC machine and he can do them but in phosphor bronze. They will be more expensive but not hugely so. I will get prices later. Anyone interested in principle?

Will do - I have decided to just leave the drawings and samples with the firm who are going to do it in delrin. It might be a month or two but I will then have 6 sets available (a set being 4 cups).

My mate is going to do me a couple of sets in phosphor bronze fairly quickly as I want to get my new steering arms on the car before its MOT in August. To give an indication of the difference in cost between phosphor bronze and delrin, I have ordered just enough PB2 to make 4 sets and that was £27. A similar length of 25mm diameter delrin is £3.50. Machining costs are the same for both materials.

Here's the phosphor bronze cups - should make the arms last a bit longer. Can you spot the OEM Citroen cup? I'm still awaiting the Delrin version.

Beautiful,
shame to have to hide those away inside the track rod end housing... ;)
