If any of you lot are bidding on these don't go silly.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/citroen-2cv-135-x-15-wheels-and-tyres-/250820869047?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a6616bbb7

I've already had them from their previous ebay auction and was disappointed to find that the tread depths were much less than the 10mm advertised (Reduced in the latest to 8mm approx.). I returned them for a refund.

One tyre had 7mm and the rest between 4 and 5mm. All had tubes fitted.

Yeah. I see the bidding has already gone past what they are really worth.

4 part worn tyres of indeterminate age on fairly reasonable wheels. I would say £150 tops.

Tenner a rim is all they're worth. Unless they are perfectly useable michelins with perfect rims. How much are new wheels and budget tyres?

Is there such as thing as a Bumble Bee edition?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT

Anyways, if this has really has been 'fully restored' then it's got to be good value. French too, isn't it?
