I'm not sure why people choose to bury old spheres instead of throwing them away though?Isn't it obvious? Wonder if I should bring 5 old suspension-spheres and bury them across europe, when going to the world meeting...I may pop down to Westminster and chuck one or two in a bin.......

   |   Re: Green bombI'm doing fine, thanks! Will take a picture of the bump stops when I'm home.

Must say, havent driven the ami for 3 weeks now, because I'm waiting for my "new" gearbox (the original drum brake box, but with disc brakes).

cool - hope your new gearbox gets rid of having to use the graphite bearing!!! i can see myself replacing it again in a couple of years... my Ami is all polished up at the moment - getting married next week and want it looking a little less rough and ready...it won't take long for the matte finish to come through though....a good time to take some photos, with these lighter evenings..._________________

   |   Re: Green bombNever got the graphite bearing, since I bought the car with a 2cv6 disc-box in it that box now gets the internal work from the original box (different reduction in an ami 6 break club box) in it so i end up with the right reductions, and disc brakes.. Congratulations on your wedding! Looking forward to see some pictures of the Ami in wedding livery Photo's of the bump stops are coming (PM)_________________
