Re: By popular demand more pics of my AMI 6
I have an ancient gearbox in the shed, plus a half decent static bearing clutch. I don't know what sort of condition it's in - it could be completely f**ked, it could be as good as new. I know one of the driveshafts - the old cruciform universal joint type - is a bit wobbly, but I have no idea what the gearbox internals are like. Russell, who gave it to me when I bought his Ami, might know a bit more. If it's any help getting you back on the road, it's yours for the price of a pint. Then all you need to do is arrange to pick the thing up from Herefordshire.

I know I bought it off Darus Rich, and that is all. I can't remember if it's an ami or a 3-fiddy box, I think it's ami one but I've no idea.

Mr. Thief, There may be some hints in the comments further down in this thread - Identify a gearbox?

No bother. It's still here, if you need it ...
