And the challenge is to turn this back into a van.........

Bizarre really, why not use a Villevans fibreglass body and a fibreglass ripple bonnet to build this kind of abortion. It surely would have been cheaper?

Where on earth are auto disposals finding these things? Is it a collection that's being broken up?

In the last couple of weeks I saw a Visa Decap parked in Shoreham airport (next to a Y/B charleston) and another one in Ropley when I picked my seats up off Chris. I thought they were ultra mega rare?

Whenever I go past there on the train I see that Charleston.

It'll cost £4.5k+ just to get your hands on this, and it has no engine. Can't see it'd be worth the time or money to restore.
Mind you, O-N will have that kind of money to burn by the end of the weekend, so maybe this one's got his name written all over it! ;)

I actually like that van, and I like the business idea. There are a couple of biker/classic car haunts near me that fill up to bursting with punters each weekend. Summer could be very profitable. I don't think my car will reach 4.5k though, and even if it did, I have other avenues I'd like to explore.

Personally I think that coffee van would be much better if the sides opened to reveal a bank of speakers, and several thousand watts of amplifiers, especially if it looked like a bog standard ripple from outside.
