This is very interesting Lars. Do you still have a 2cv gearbox? How does it survive with 73Nm of torque? Or have you changed it for a GS type?

Interesting wipers too - I've never seen them like that on a 2cv before, have you done something clever with the linkages or is it a custom design?

 Re: Lars E' 0,6Tii 2cv special
Gearbox ... No, I no longer ride with a 2CV gearbox, I run on a Dyane gearbox. But I have over the winter built a new one, of fragments from a AMI8, Dyane and 2CV. I could use the larger 4th gear is in a Dyan gerkasse, but was tired of the low first gears, and the larger jumps between gearne. So now I have the same distance between gears in a 2CV gearbox, but they are higher than in both Dyane and Ami.
Window-wipers ... Well .. they just moved so they are symmetrical. and then the left arm "turned" upside down so that it points upwards, it means that they move in opposite directions. If it be copied, they must be installed approximately 2cm farther apart than I did when my arms just touch each other

Hey, there's little new from the workshop, it has not been made so much the past few months, because I had surgery in the clavicle, and to not use my right arm. But now the springs and suspension when finally installed. Galvanic chassis frame, stainless springs, boxes and mounting tubes. The hardest springs I could find in the box (around 20-25% stronger). Shocks in the rear with the gear oil, new shock absorbers in the front (they also have changed the oil for gear oil) Rubber interaction has been removed and replaced with aluminum cones (as in an Acadian). It will be exciting to get out and run. Fuel pump and filter The suction tube into the fuel tank is 12mm.

Blimey, that's a bit impressive... You've lost me with what you've done with the wheels, tho', Lars. Or rather, I can see what you've done, but don't know why The finished wheel on the right doesn't look any wider than the one on the left - is it to change the offset that all that work was done? And then you say you're going to fit 135/70s - tyres no wider than usual... I'm confused

 Re: Lars E' 0,6Tii 2cv special
It's rear wheels I have built. I started with a set of 4.5 "GSA rims where I've cut the outer ring of, to mount the inner ring of a set of 6" Xsara rims to create a set of 5.25 "wide GSA rims for my 2CV. They will be fitted with either 145/80 or 155/70 * 15 * 15 tires.
The other tires will be mounted on standard GSA rims in front.
