If there's going to be some green laning, maybe I should bring the Fourtrak.

Doesn't that go against the whole idea of a A series Citroen club meet though?

But he does, doesn't he?

Of course, I'm not suggesting that we should start getting anal about precluding certain cars from meets (my ride's a bit grey in that area I suppose) but if I couldn't take my A series based car to an A series based event, I'd rather not go as I'd feel a bit left out really. Maybe it borders on the subject of trailer queens versus those who actually drive their cars.

Maybe it's worth another thread?

Tent, pub and, most importantly, mates. I don't think a Daihatsu poses a great problem there!

I like driving my Dyane to meetings, and I like taking it on the convoy sometimes, but if the clutch wasn't working, or we just didn't feel like it, I wouldn't have a problem going in Kim's AX (don't tell her that though!). The car won't move until it's time to go home anyway, if I can help it!

It's a pity Belinda only has 2 seats as we could've given you a lift.

I reckon it's a couple of hours from Baumber/Horncastle

No please Luke, I'm not saying it does pose a problem and I might be wrong in assuming RT does have an A series but if he does, why go in something else?

I've started a dedicated thread anyway - viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2663
