Nail there is a teacher a bit like that in my school. He once kicked a football at someone and called them a twat!! He was a or teacher and would make Us run until we collapsed if we mid behaved. He was proper old school and was a teacher from the 70's.

Also had somine called dave Thomas. Supposedly an ex england footballer, so he said. He's probably in his 60's now. He was also a bit old school! 'modern' just graduated teachers are push overs. There too scared to use the old school style so therefore just get pushed over!!

There where a lot if old school teachers in my school. They would often push the boundaries. Being racist, rude, one said to me once
'you know me well James, if you don't stop fucking about I'll have the skin of your back'
He was most feared in our school

Also remember another old scho teAcher observe our music lesson. A mate of mine shouted out some inuendo, and Ferreira the old school teacher (huw) removed him from the class. As he casually walked back in to sit down my mate who was currently outside in the corridor after being removed, kicked over a load of music stands, now huw was mid way to his seat, casually turned round, went outside, bellowed at my mate, (I've heard ex army shouting people shout, that's nothing compared to this guy!) then casually opened the door, and casualy strolled in and sat down.
Now may seem boring but it was a more 'have to be there moment' just the whole casualness of it all was brilliant!!!

I like that.
