 Re: Cool 2cv pictures 6
Maybe a dumb question, but how did they get the drive direction sorted out? Or has it got 4 reverse & 1 forward?

 Re: Cool 2cv pictures 6
i know this is off topic... and surely must have been resolved if there was a problem with the sahara too... but what do you do about the airflow when the engine is backwards? because the fan will still be pushing the air over the cylinders as normal, but you havent got the force of the air hitting the front of the engine like you normally would? i presume running temps will be higher with the engine in the wrong place

On club cassis bi-bip i think the rear fan's blades are reversed to pull the air the other way.
I think.

 Re: Cool 2cv pictures 6
The Bi-Bip, the Mehari Club Cassis's 2CV build for the Dakar had the rear turbine modified, so it take fresh (and cleaner) air from the sides (just up the rear wings) and the hot air exit to the rear.

 Re: Cool 2cv pictures 6
havent seen many photos of that, but the rear cooling fan on that one looks similar to the ones used on the aircooled(better) porsche engines!
