 Re: Anoraky spotted thread.
Nice. Or, "that Lomax was once a lovely Ami until somebody buggered it up by putting some horrible pseudo-sports car boat-like plastic tub on its chassis".

 Re: Anoraky spotted thread.
I once had 3 wheeler Lomax called Fugly; GSA engined with a dodgy chassis. Lovely it wasn't

Old-Nail wrote: Are Burtons any better? Never had a Burton. A 3 wheeler Lomax is actually really good fun on a good day. The GSA engined one was just silly. With a 2CV engine in it they are amusing. Just not 6K worth of amusing IMHO; get a scruffy one for 750 quid and you'll grin from ear to ear.

 Re: Anoraky spotted thread.
Had a go in a Pembleton 3-wheeler recently. Lower to the ground than a Lomax, and therefore much more fun, imho. Kits for a grand or so = cheap thrills!

Sean wrote: Old-Nail wrote: Are Burtons any better? you spoiled it Julie had a " lovely thread about hating lomaxes" Now now Sean, didn't our previous government teach us that one mustn't hate things...unless of course they hated those very same things I nearly bought one of these once, and if things pick up financially I may well be looking for one in the future.
