Post Leaking welch plug
I noticed one of mine exudes some grease when I grease the king pins. It's the bottom one, should I be bothered?

The idea of the taff plug and the threaded bottom plug is to seal the whole chamber so that when you put grease in it gets to the right places, if the thing leaks grease out under the pressure of the grease gun then it might not be getting to the king pin bushes.

A tiny bit came out of the top too, so I took that to mean the grease was indeed travelling the whole way through. That isn't the same as reaching the bushes then I take it?

I think that may mean the grease is taking the easiest path, so no probably not as much as it should be (through those tiny holes?).

Not really. The space between the bushes and the pin is not very big so it does need a fair amount of grease gun pressure to reach it properly. If there is too much leaking then its not getting through.
