Sorry I didn't make it clear, mine was earthing until I hung on the brakes and the cable swung out of the way and broke contact. Was just a thought.

Update- got in the van at half six this morning for work, not been used since Sunday, but I've been regurly starting it and checking the electrics, but when I need it- nothing. Tried jumping it down the hill only to push it back again, couldn't even fire when I tried the failsafe crank handle ( though I did manage to take skin off my knuckle) so I ended up biking ten miles to work and being an hour and a half late ( well I say ten miles- the bike broke in 9 so I ended up walking) looks like the frosty sea air killed what little life was left in the battery. Bad times

Bad times indeed , do ypu have a battery charger? Stick it on charge over night, i cant believe it woyldnt run, have you cked the battery terminals, tske them off and give them a good goodclean, and makesure cabkes in clamps correctly, also make sure yougrease clamps on re attachment
