 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
i think that guy bought the '2cv cottage' business off Ken Hicks at Tharles end? He's got more eBay i.d.'s than some other 2cv 'enthusiasts'

 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
OK then Beachcomber fans! What do you think about this one ? There's no clear declaration that it was a genuine Beachcomber originally, just careful wording, and I reckon the giveaway would be the spraying of seat frames. In 230,000 hard ones my Beachcomber seat frames still look chipper even if the upholstery looks like shite. Also, going to this painstaking detail, why not replace the grille with the correct black surround if you have the original car as a reference? Whatchareckon?

I'm sure this was on the 'Bay before - i've got a sneaky feeling that it is/was a genuine Beachcomber.

I don't think it matters. It's a shame he didn't use blue decals in the right shade though.

What I want is an acadiane. But I'm not sure I like the dyane grille. Hmmmm. I wonder if I could find something that is so much more aesthetically pleasing? http://www.leboncoin.fr/vi/41397622.htm?ca=17_s
