Just been watching a BBC1 programme about the weather. A report about a Shropshire village recording a record breaking temperature of -27c in 1982 was accompanied by a photo from the time that showed an Ami-8 half buried in a rather large snow drift.

Climbed Pen-Y-Fan in the Brecon Beacons today and on the way down I passed Oakchurch Farm Shop and Garden Centre which is about 6miles west of Hereford on the A438. Sat on the car-park was a green/white 2cv. I had been hoofing along at 60mph, but as I approached the farm shop I caught up slower moving traffic doing 40mph, at the head of this line of traffic was.....a red/white 2cv

On my way to Green Man festival through Powys on A40, saw a white 2CV with black painted wheels in a layby. Very nice.

There's a grey/grey charleston being driven by Julia Roberts in her new film Eat Pray Love

Might be the one you were thinking of!
