Nice and understated. You like the mirrors mounted vertically?

not safe to be in some bright shinny color. So color to blend 2cv with other cars on parking place.

Why?

Great job by the way. Nice attention to details and lovely classic color, I think.

That's superb work, 2cvkeza. How long did the whole task take?

I have to say, I love the colour. It does look a different shade in different photos, but I think it looks wonderful in all of them! It makes the original Charlie colour look as tho' it was trying too hard - I've really come around to thinking the very best colours for 2CVs are the early 'pastel' shades (I largely have Old Nail to 'blame' for that, both with his own wonderful choice of colour and also the many classic pictures he posts from his internet finds...)

I think the wheels would look better in the contrasting light gris colour, but I understand you want the keep the car looking as tho' it blends in with the area? Fat chance - that car sticks out a mile with its quality.

Fab!

Post CIMOS DIANE 6 L
Last month and a half I was working on one original Cimos Diane (Cimos named Dyane - Diana) . A lot of work on body and on chassis, new paint work, some new parts... Mainly I assembled this car with old parts and owner will change those parts latter (he spend too much money at this time). So there is some parts on the car that looks ugly... (lights, indicators, bumpers, ...)

That was owners decision so I did not twist his arm... You know what I mean.

So , lets see my work. First, some rust... (paper work and polyester patches )
