Never more than 8 liters. Sometimes I manage to waste just 6 but that is rare...

Re: 2cv with smart turbo intercooler.
To make my 2cv run on LPG we needed to create a water cicuit which runs through the gas pump to warm it up. Using a copper pipe wrapped around the exhaust pipe we can warm the water. After some kms it gets too hot so we need the "trumpet" to cool it down. The water moves through this closed circuit using an electric pump which came from a volkswagen golf. First some problems happened but now it is working properly.

Re: 2cv with smart turbo intercooler.
Today I've made a second oilcooler. If drilleld 2 holes in a oilfilterholder to make an oil take-off 1 at the inlet 1 at the outlet....... at the foto the oil inlet to the oilcooler. Then a made a big hole in the front fender so the air can pass through the oilcooler (Kawasaki motocycle). Then I made 2 notches in the bonnet for the hosts and this is the result.. Then I let the motor iddle for some minuts (whitout fan ) and yes the oilcooler went hot, not as hot as the internal oilcooler but I think there is a (to) sharp bend in a hose. Run out of time for now, so could'nt testdrive it. Going in about 2 days on a 3 weeks vacation so it has to wait.........

I luv that you have done to the power plant on this car but your scoops and vents are Frankenstein! Here is a great DIY article about exactly that, Undertrays, Spoilers & Bonnet Vents; Part 1Part 2Part 3Keeping the original aesthetic, or, creating a new Custom mod which is still in proportion, is the real challenge when it comes to the 2cv. For your appeasement; this is another car of mine...... do I need to say more.. no need to say more, this one is the ugly sister For the real Frankenstein you should fit a Shaker Hood with your Intercooler mount you have the perfect place for it, the original Trans Am shakers sell for a reasonable price on ebay thinking of doing it myself Harley

Well I thought about that (shaker hood) but I live in Holland; its raining all the time so the hole engine gets wet all the time, this isn't a good Idea for me. Seems to be great when you see it shaking remembers me at formula 3 argentina. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1w0Cgau3Ox0
