 new club in the sticks
This may or may not happen but even before considering a club in Herefordshire it will need a sensible name for me to have anything to do with it, ie nothing to do with ducks etc. Bearing in mind the type of people that i'm asking advice from, am I likely to get anything remotely realistic? The idea is that Oliver runs it.... ideas please!

If Oliver's gonna be running it, maybe it should be the "Don't tell me dad. Shit, rumbled" Club? (Sorry Sparrow junior )

I don't know about a name, but I'd be interested in coming along to meetings. Whereabouts in Herefordshire?

Re: new club in the sticks
Neil, you are a wasted talent me old china. He now looks like Dougal off the magic roundabout, can't even see his face anymore.
As for a venue i'm not sure yet, my local landlord is a miserable twat and there isn't much parking (just in case we get a rush..) I guess Hereford itself would be a sensible choice but need to make sure we wouldn't be treading on anyones toes, i think the WASPS are closest club but heard the don't do much but haven't been myself. Seems there are more 2cv's in the area than i thought. I hope they are all really unreliable, that will give me something to do once i retire.

Re: new club in the sticks
Don't think it should mention me in anyway as plenty of people want to punch me.

Re: new club in the sticks
You being near Hereford can only be one SAS - Sparrow And Son I know its close to Swindon Association of Snails, but I don't think any of them get on here

Hey Pete, I resemble that remark! We do loads. Well, me and my none 2CV owning brother do loads. Of drinking. There's certainly no danger of treading on anybodys toes mate, I look forward to coming along myself.
