Yeah, all that sounds normal to me! I tend to drive round left hand bends faster when I'm low on fuel, as the gauge goes well over half a tank, and makes me feel more optimistic...

I _LOVE_ the way they do that.

Just bought a radio for the Ami. Nice and modern one with USB input..
So no need to make new cd's with music since the 2cv has also a radio with usb.

Build it in today, need to find a nice place it.

I presume so.

Got me a new radio for the Ami. Only need to find a place to fit it. Doesn't fit nice under the shelf... But i'll find a solution for that.

also tested the car on the highway.. 120km/h is done with no effort, but will check tomorrow with a sat-nav in the car how fast that is for real ;)

I had a ten disc changer and a headunit under the front seat, the dashboard really isn't designed to fit a modern DIn size stereo.

Discovered that today... I bought an radio with (front) usb, so under the seat can be an option. But all the wiring is already hanging under the dashboard.
Maybe put it under the dash in an angle.. will check that out later this week.

Those numbers remind me of something by Dali, or Eduard Munch.

About the optimistic speedo: 130 km/h on the speedo, means 112 km/h in the real world..
Could this be because it has a 2cv gearbox and an ami speedo?

Also located some of the rattles the car has during driving. One is because the (2cv) exhaustpipe between the two silencers hits the body and the other one comes from the heat exchanger on the right.. Need to look at that as well..

Further no complaints at all about the car.. Driving it is real fun!!
