I love it Spanners!

It looks better than some race cars allready...

Cheers Russ.

I'm off to RaceRetro this Saturday where I may (accidentally of course) purchase one or two little bits and pieces for it and then I've got the whole of Sunday to get stuck in. 8-)

Got to have it done for Mallory in May. :?

Whoop whoop, I drove it today-only about 6 inches forward and 6 inches back again. It's a start though. :D

I've fitted the front half of the exhaust, the seat, the harnesses, the battery cut off switch/start button panel and probably numerous other little odds and sods that I've already forgotten about! :?

Anyway, she starts on the button and runs beautifully if perhaps a little loud. I think I'll stop worrying about the bodywork (which I'm shit at anyway) and get the brakes sorted and the doors on then I reckon Mr MOT man can expect a visit 8-)

Another productive weekend in Spanners-land.

The brakes are sorted now I've replaced the master cylinder, the switches are all refitted, seat's bolted in properly along with the BX handbrake lever-just got to connect that up.

Basically, the drivers side is finished bar the rear wing-my plan for fastening the rear wings on was and epic FAIL!

Got to turn it round next weekend to do the passenger side. Whilst it's out of the garage, I'll get some decent photos of it 8-)

Still loads to do, mainly just little things like clipping the fuel pipe to the chassis and stuff like that so I reckon should be done in the next 3 to 4 weeks. 8-)
