Good morning! my name is Carlos Eduardo Sarmiento and I'm from the province of Tucuman - Argentina. I am a friend of Mec (Mariano), it was he who discovered this forum. I have a Citroen 3 2cv (2CV 6) - 1972 and is called "India". In this time is in the final stages of restoration, so I'll show you some pictures soon.
It is important to clarify that I do not speak English but thanks to google translator and images you up to this forum make reading is well understood and that language is not a difficult hurdle to overcome. Congratulations on the forum!

Welcome along Carlos, :)

Good to see that google translator is working. I can read your post very well. Liking the Argentinian surge at the minute and im looking forward to seeing your 3CV. Maybe create a post in the 'your A series' section?

Spread the word, and tell people to not be afraid. Google Translator is their friend. ;)

Max.

Hello everyone. Some of you may remember me from the 2CVGB camping scene (especially the winter camps) ten years or so ago, with my multicoloured doorless 2CV6 with the spare wheel stuck inelegantly on the bonnet, and my home brewed, er, beer which gave rise to my nickname Cloudy Shite. I've been dabbling with other vehicles but when my Saab 900 failed its MOT recently I decided to come back to A series ownership and bought myself a tired Charleston from ebay. It's nice to be back! :D

Spanish:
Hola "Snowy", como estás? de donde eres? hablas español? por lo menos has escrito muy bien. La práctica hace al maestro. ;)

English:
Hello "Snowy", how are you? de donde eres? speak Spanish? at least you have written very well. Practice makes perfect. ;)

Translation: Yes I speak a bit of Spanish. Learned it in Peru and Ecuador, but haven't used it for 10 years. I'd like to visit Argentina one day, when my pesky kids are older.
You live in San Miguel de Tucuman, yes?
What do you know about Savoia Cars? Is their stuff any good?
