Looks like the old ones are good. The main section with the rollers is not only intact but clean and shiny. I went over the part that stays in the arm with some brake cleaner and kitchen roll, then a finger. Can't feel anything but smooth and even metal. All four of 'em.
A good clean up, plenty of fresh grease, and it's all going together as was.
